Many may say eating since there is a lot of great food, but I would have to say the shows.

I live 45 minutes from Broadway in Manhattan and have never had any inclination to go except for maybe the Lion King which I may see one day.

I have seen Disney Dreams, Hercules, Golden Mickeys and others and enjoyed them all. DCL puts on a great show; just about anything in the Walt Disney Theater is a must see.

There are too many to choose from. The shows are wonderful, sitting by the pool drinking an umbrella drink, the food, etc. It is all fun and I wish I could go today.

I will have to agree with the last post. Your children responce to the boat, the characters, shows, on and on and on is unbelivable the best just thinking about it makes me smile. :earsgirl:

Mine is actually Bingo - especially when you win! :goodvibes

I have really enjoyed the ships tours we've taken. Finding out about the history of the ship and why certain things were done. It is a great way to spend an hour or so.

We've taken them on both the Magic and the Wonder.

Sitting on Deck 4 in those comfy padded deck chairs and watching the ocean go by!!!

Only one cruise under my belt, but the best part had to be standing on deck 10, under a full moon, with my DW, and having the wind blowing through our hair. (I know, I am a HUGE romantic).

All of it. I think it is the ultimate "mom" vacation since I really don't have to take care of anything. No cooking or cleaning, no fussing with people about where or what they want to eat.

At the parks, mom is still "on duty." On the ship, I can totally relax...and hit the spa...and the rainforest....and the lobster and lava cake.....

You better get to the Lion King. It's an awesome production!!! ::yes:: We saw one of the "traveling" shows and I thought that Beauty and the Beast on Broaday (original cast in LA) was spectacular - but the LKoB is even better. GO GO GO GO GO GO GO!!!
JUST GO!!

I too enjoy the entertainment, pool and food, but I also like going to all the trivia games on board and meeting the cruise staff!

For me, it's reading a book at the Quiet Cove pool....esp. when drinking an adult beverage...ahhhhh....blisss
