Fat Boy 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. They have cool shirts where the O in Boy is a play on a donut. Before the race there is coffee, cokes, donuts, moon pies and after is the same with sausage poboys and beer! But don't let the name fool you, winning time was low 15 and there were a bunch very close, so they take it seriously. It's capped at 1000 entries and the first 150 men and 150 women get a collector's coffee mug. Top champions get a trophy with a pig on top and other winners get medals, ribbons or chocolate bunnies, 5 deep in age categories!

Louisiana Zydeco was great and this was the inaugural year! Tons of great Louisiana food, great course, volunteers and 8 choices of beer afterwards. Looking forward to next year!

Anyone know of any close to Baton Rouge, LA for 5Ks and 10Ks that are either way cool or award medals. Cause you know, it's all about the B L I N G!!!
