Favorite/Must Do CS Restaurants?

I'll be taking my first trip EVER(yay!!) to WDW next Friday with two of my best friends for our 25th birthdays. We've got our dinners all planned and reserved, so we've got our table service credits locked up. But we're obviously kind of winging it when using our counter service credits.

I'm curious if there are any "must do's" for counter service places? Any particular places that have a cool atmosphere or a food I just HAVE to try?

Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD. The Chinosis(sp?) Salad is my favorite! It's more cabbage than lettuce, like cole slaw but better! The pizzas are also to die for. We always go there for lunch.

We really like the CS at Morocco in Epcot! In fact, one time we just took the boat over to eat there when we were riding in Future World. It's something different from the hamburgers and fries!
