Favorite MK Mountain Ride

Which "Mountain" do you love best and why?

Splash Mountain, Space Mountain or Big Thunder Mountain.

I vote for Splash Mountain. I am a huge water ride fan and Splash Mountain has just the right amount of thrill will a happy song to go along with it.

I voted for Big Thunder, I just love that ride so much...the theming, being outside (especially at night!) and the ride itself is just a blast! (I love the other mountains too, but BT is my fav.)

Since my DW and DD won't ride Space Mtn, my voting choices were limited to Splash and BTMRR.

The entertainment that you get while riding Splash far exceeds BTMRR.

BTMRR - its the only one my whole family will join me on! DW doesn't like Space Mtn. and DS doesn't like Splash Mtn.

I voted for BTMRR more because of memories than anything else. Years ago, I used to go to Disney with my best friend and his family. At nite, during the 11:00pm parade, he and I would spend the hour from 11 til closing riding BTMRR over and over and over. Its the only ride we ever did that with. It is just a lot of fun and a great view, especially at nite.

But I do love the other mountains too.

We vote for Splash Mountain for the fact that while Big Thunder Mountain would be a rather tame roller coaster in any other theme park, Splash Mountain holds its own against any flume ride we've been on, with the possible exception of Dudley Do Right's at Island of Adventures. Even then, the theming is second to none at Splash Mountain.

I love Splash Mountain & my DW favorite is Space Mountain.

I adore Splash Mountain! We rode it for the first time during Spring break this year (my DD;s 7 & 9 are on the small side). Being the age that I am, (child of the 60's & 70's), Song of the South was one of my favorite movies (love Br'er Rabbit!). I think Disney did a wonderful job in bringing the stories to life in the ride. It's so much more than a water flume ride!

I love Splash Mountain. I love the theme and the story it tells. I love the view just before the big drop.

I love BTMRR!! Especially at night, sitting at the back of the train! It's great fun without scaring the bejesus out of you! Fun for the whole family.
