My understanding is that each restaurant has their own menu for the first 3 nights and on the last night is the Chefs Master Menu? Is this correct?

What was your favorite menu on the 4 night cruise?

I am trying to decide which night to do Palos and don't want to miss a good dining experience.

Thanks!

Why not check out the menus on DCLs web site?

I wasn't impressed with Parrot Cay, personally, but a lot of people are. That would be the menu I'd skip.

Another option is to "double dip." If you have early seating dinner, book late at Palo. Taste at each location.

Anyone else?

I have looked at the menus and it's so hard to choose.

I was actually leaning towards Tritons on the first night so then I can experience the 3 restaurants on the other nights.

We are booking REAS so I am trying to choose the best rotation.

My favorite was AP. We went to Palos the last night so I can't comment on the menu served in the regular restaurants. Tritons was good and Parrot Cay was "ok". We had Tritons the first night and it was a great way to start our cruise. On that rotation, we did PC the same day as Castaway Cay which seemed fitting.

HTH!

Not to throw a monkey wrench in your plans, but I believe that the dining rotation request is simply that, a request. I have read other posts where DIS'ers mentioned not getting the rotation that they asked for. That being said, I myself have requested PLAP. I wasn't overly impressed with the menu at Parrot Cay, so we are eating Palo's dinner on the first night. We'll still get to experience the themeing of Parrot Cay on our final night, but with the Master Menu instead. I didn't pick the second night for Palo's because I'm actually thinking that we might stay off the ship and experience some of the nightlife over at the Atlantis. I was exhausted after the full day at Castaway Cay, so I'm glad that I didn't choose the 3rd night and of course the Palo's brunch is on day 4 and I don't think that I could manage both.

Thanks Tami, I figure it's only going to be a request.

How far in advance did you set up your Palo and Spa ressies?

That's easy to answer...

all of 'em. :)

I've set up my reservation at 60 days out. Debbie is great to work with and honestly she'll treat you like you are her only phone call for the day. Definitely ask her advice if there's anything that you're unsure of.
