Favorite menu item only YOU seem to know about?

I actually keep touting the pineapple spears around here too.

I'm the only one who's ever sung the praises of Jiko's Swahili curry shrimp stew, as far as I know, and also the seared maize cake vegetarian entree there.

And I seem to be the only person capable of ordering the plum wine/green tea bao bing slush (instead of the Peach Snap) at the China pavilion Epcot. Not just among DISers--I get the impression that I'm the only person who ever orders it at the stand, too! Which is too bad, it's delicious! And the kids working there are always very happy that someone enjoys their country's plum wine.

I miss the fresh pineapple with carmel dipping sauce that you use to get for desert at Ohanas!:confused3

This is making me hungry....
I loved the corn bread at Crystal Palace and strawberry shortcake ice cream sunday from MK (don't know exactly where but towards the back).

I love the Twinkie Tiramisu ! It was at Everything Pop ( Pop Century food court). I had to get one every night after a long day at the parks!

I LOVE the strawberry basil lemonade. I had it in the Tambu lounge at the Poly, and also at the Territory Lounge at the Wilderness Lodge. I never thought I would be one of those people to get drunk at Disney World...but that drink was so darn good!

Almond cheesecake at Narcossees...YUMMY!
Orange slush from Adventure Land
Mini corn dogs from Casey's
French toast from Crystal Palace

At the entrance of both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach they have coffee stands that sell warm baby donuts by the dozen served with either warm chocolate sauce of white icing in a cup to dip them in! The mornings we hit the water parks, we don't eat breakfast, we buy two sacks of donuts and go to town! Yum!

They're good in the afternoon too!

NY Strip Terriyaki with the potatoes and brocolini at Kona (yyyyyuuuuum)
The American Turkey Sandwich at Earl of Sandwich
The Turtle Krawl at OKW (so rummy, so yummy!)

Can't wait til I get back there in 37 days 9 hours and 26 minutes, but really who's counting?

Le Cellier: Lump Crab and Sweet Corn Custards (appetizer)
Pan-seared scallops

:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Love the Pooh's french toast from the Crystal Palace (yes, I went through the kid's buffet section :))

Drink-wise, the Pina CoLava at the Contemporary just tastes like a vacation . . .I'm pretty sure they have it at the Poly too.

Definitely the Spicy Chicken Sausage and Polenta at Le Cellier and the Mini Corn Dog Nuggets from Casey's. Can't wait to have both on my next trip in September.

The Polynesian Plate Lunch at Kona Cafe. The peanut chicken is awesome!

Also, hummus as a snack at the Tangeriene Cafe. It's not on the menu, but you can order it as a side with fried pita crisps. It's good, filling, and cheap!

Any of the soups at Boma's, followed by the creme brulee at Chefs de france

Great thread! I can't wait to try some of the items people have mentioned here:)

My "must haves" while at WDW:

Plum wine from the back of the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Japan at EPCOT. There is a bar in the back where you can get saki or wine. Make sure you get a plum in your glass of wine (that's the best part).
Sangria and Pulled Pork Sandwich at Studio Catering Company in DHS
Bagel w/ Salmon at Starring Rolls Cafe in DHS
Layered Margarita at the Margarita Kiosk at Mexico in EPCOT.

I am going to have to ditto on the

Hummus/broccoli slaw sandwich it is my fav sandwich at WDW

I also love the polynesian lunch plate at Kona-yumm, we got take out and ate it by the pool one trip it was so good!

I have not been to Boma in several trips but I love the different flavors of hummus with pita. I made a meal out of this and then sampled a *few* desserts:lmao:

And my all time favorite must have snack is a funnel cake from sleepy hollow. I despise funnel cakes at fairs or anywhere else but the ones at WDW are freaking delish AND taste even better while watching the parade and sipping an ice cold diet coke:thumbsup2
