I'm looking for a vaction villa

I have stayed at Horizons and Cypress Harbor, and loved both. they are both close to Sea World. We drove to Disney from Horizons, it took maybe 15 minutes. What I have found is that it is easy to get to any of the parks and around Orlando in fact if you have a car. I haven't tried the public tranportation though so can't help you with that.
