Mine is our cast iron skillet. $25
Also like my immersion blender. $29

As a family of five we get a lot of use out of our double cast iron griddle. Also LOVE our toaster oven :)

Hands down....my Kitchen Aid Mixer. I have the medium sized one and wish it were bigger. I do a LOT of baking, and it is invaluable! $300 ish

My second favorite is a indoor electric grill made by Presto. We cook a lot of meals on that grill. $40

Third, our electric tea kettle. We are tea drinkers and our kettle gets a LOT of mileage. $35.

My kitchen aid pro mixer!!! - it was a gift do not sure

My food processor- $150
Use them both almost daily

Hmm...I am a housewife so I spend a LOT of time in the kitchen!

My #1 favorite item besides my cookware (All-Clad d5) is my digital food scale. I literally use it almost every day for cooking, and I also use it to weigh out canned dog food into single portions that I store in little containers in the fridge. I think it was about $30.

I adore my Emile Henry pizza stone. It's amazing and I can't believe I can use my pizza wheel on it without any scratches! I make homemade pizza so I love it for that...and it works great for my husband's frozen pizzas that he loves when I'm out of town. LOL

I also LOVE my OXO stainless steel mixing bowls that have the black silicone/rubber on the entire outside of the bowl. The bowls ranged in price from $20-$40 each I think before a coupon.

I know I would love a food proccessor if I had one -- and I also really need a mandoline!

Oh, I also looooooove wood kitchen spoons. They are so much better than the plastic ones...and cheap!

And I love my crockpot. Well, sort of. It is a GE SmartPot (I think that's the name) and it works great except for really small batches of things...even on low it seems to get pretty hot. But, it doesn't scorch anything so I guess it's fine. :)

Kitchen Aid Artisan mixer for sure. I was able to buy it for $90 new 6 years ago during an awsome Sale scenario at Bed, Bath and Beyond, but would spend the $250 on it if I had to.

Also, after burning out 2 cheap blenders my hubby bought me the Ninja 1500 Mega Kitchen system. It was $240, but it is a blender and food processor in one. I LOVE IT! I use it all the time, and all the aggravation of owning low powered junky appliances for blending and such are gone! And it should save $$ long term since I can make my green smoothies at home vs. paying like $5 a day if I buy them at Jamba.

Origami folding butcher block kitchen island cart w/wheels - $90 (best purchase of the year - shelves for most of my electric appliances and space on top to switch them out as needed)

Double ended SS magnetic measuring spoons - $10 (love not having them chained together or loose rattling around the drawer)

Wolfgang Puck VersaCooker - $100 (love being able to brown, slow cook & roast in one appliance)

I Love my Kenwood chef - paid $499 last year - makes the most awesome pavlova's
I wanted a Kitchen Aid but they sell for $700 here in Australia . Yikes
I also love my Nespresso pixie - cant get past the mornings without it $319. banana.banana

yeah, i have to go with my immersion blender, too. $29ish as well.

I love my Magic Bullet blender. I make smoothies almost everyday of the week. I love how I just put the ingredients I want in the cup. Blend it, and leave for work. I drink it at work and wash the one little cup it was in there also. No more dragging out the big blender and washing everything.

Mine would be the Cuisinart Smart Blend system. It's similar to the Magic Bullet. I ordered extra cups but I think we paid around $60 for it. I use it almost every day for shake and it also has a mini-chop and small blender attachment so I barely use my blender anymore.

being single and not much of a cook my favorite thing to use is my microwave, i can nuke dinner in 5-6 min.

My Le Creuset cookware (cost a lot, but worth every penny). I wish I could be buried with it, heck I wish they could bury me in it!
My KitchenAid mixer (got a deal and with rebate it cost $170)
My garlic press ($10)
My adjustable measuring spoon ($7)

My vacumn-sealer is invaluable! I usually cook double batches, then vacumn seal the extra for future meals. I have quite a few plastic tubs (from frozen meals like Lean Cuisine) which I use to portion out leftovers. I then stick them in the freezer so they are solid before I vacumn seal them. Take them out of freezer, vacumn seal...3 or 6 or 9 months later they taste fresh made.

My husband is amazed that they actually taste like I just made them. I do this for stir fry's, smother steak, meat balls, pasta dishes, etc.; works for all of them.

Krups coffeemaker...12 years old, doing just fine, paid under $40 for it (which 12 years ago, I thought was a bloody fortune)

Sunbeam Little Oscar chopper. My Aunt gave it to us at our bridal shower 27 years ago, L-O-V-E it and it is still going strong!

My Crock Pot

Pampered Chef glass classic batter bowl (I think I paid $15-16?)It can go in the microwave, oven, the thing is so versatile I just love it.

Cuisonart 4 wide -slice toaster. Bought the display from Kohls 8 years ago for $10...use it everyday. It is discontinued (hence the great price) and when it breaks, I am going to be WAY bummed.

Rice cooker $60
Kitchen aid mixer with attachments $700
Toaster oven $25
Blender food processor combo $75

Use all these at least every week.

I would love the origami rolling butcher block. Sounds great.
