What are your favorites for each of the four parks? Name a specific dish if applicable.

Thanks!

I like to use a snack credit to get a yogurt parfait on Main Street.

MK - Main Street Bakery: Ham, egg, and cheese croissant
MK - Crystal Palace buffet

DHS - Starring Rolls: muffins
DHS - Hollywood & Vine buffet

Epcot - Akershus

AK - Tusker House

MK - Crystal Palace - puffed french toast

As for the other 3 parks, there are no breakfasts in those parks that we think are great and would consider favorites of ours.

MK: Crystal Palace or CRT

HS: Hollywood and Vine

AK: Tusker House (loved this one)

Haven't tried anything at Epcot; usually eat at the resorts this day

MK: Crystal Palace (puffed french toast thingy)

Epcot: Akershus (loved the lingonberry muffins!)

DHS: Hollywood & Vine (everything)

AK: We've never done breakfast here (looking to try Tusker House though!)

Honestly, it's hard to pick just one dish from these places since everything was good and it was a buffet! My one favorite breakfast item though in all of Disney is Mickey waffles.:goodvibes

The only time we have breakfast in a park, is when we do a 8:05 adr at Crystal Palace. It's awesome walking into an empty park. All other times, we usually just eat in our room.

MK: CRT - before park open is even better
Cinnamon Roll from MSB

EP: Sunshine Seasons

DHS: Starring Rolls - all good!

AK: Never ate breakfast here!

Magic Kingdom: The Crystal Palace buffet. It is very good and how can you not enjoy breakfast with Pooh and Tigger?

Animal Kingdom: The Tusker House. Again a buffet, with good food and your friends Donald and Daisy Duck.

Epcot: Akershus: Kind of a buffet sit down breakfast combo. Very good food, love the potatos, and the Princesses are all very nice.

MGM: The Starring Rolls bakery. A great place for just a muffin or roll.

MK: Cinderella's Royal Table
(heard great things about Crystal Palace breakfast, we are going to try it in March)

AK: Tusker House = yummy buffet plus you get to see Donald & Daisy (plus we love the juice there)

Epcot: Akershus = the cold bar with pastries and fruit is great! And we love the cheesy potatoes from the hot platter they bring to your table!

DHS: never eaten breakfast at DHS, but have stopped for a snack at Starring Rolls - great baked goodies!

MK - Crystal Palace, although we are doing CRT this trip so I'll let you know how it is

EP - Akershus. Yummy food, awesome princess interaction

AK - Tusker House. Probably the most varied selection of breakfast items. Quick breakfast, which I like. Allows us to be done 10 mins. before rope drop.

DHS - Never done breakfast here to tell the truth.

MK - Main Street Bakery for cinnamon buns and ham egg cheese croissants

Epcot - Princess Breakfast is amazing

Animal Kingdom - Tusker House (large, delicious buffet) - OUR FAVORITE!!

Epcot - Princess Breakfast (we love those cheesy potatoes! - the Princesses are great too!)

Hollywood Studios - Hollywood and Vine (good buffet, but could use a couple new characters)

Magic Kingdom - Crystal Palace (good buffet - love Pooh!) or try a short monorail ride from Poly and catch the opening ceremonies - Ohana Breakfast with Lilo & Stitch - delicious fresh fruit and typical breakfast food served family style

Crystal Palace buffet (MK) or a croissant from Starring Rolls (DHS)

Thanks for the ideas so far! We usually do breakfast at the resort, so it is great to see what options we have to look forward to this trip :)

Something quick in our room gets us out the door and on the rides or into the shows more quickly.

The only breakfast I think is worth your time and money is Tusker House. Make your reservation for a time before the park opens and they will usher you back to the restaurant early. By the time the crowd makes it's way to that corner of the park you can have FPs for the safari in hand, be enjoying their wonderful breakfast, and your kids will have had Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy come to them for pictures!

The food is great, the entertainment is fun (although I miss the water guns from the old breakfast), you get into the park early, you don't wait for the KS, and you don't have to wait in line at Toon Town to see Mickey and the gang!

To me, that is all more than worth the cost of the meal!

last summer we went to Disneyland instead of Disney World. I'm seeing all of you posting that Tusker House is Donald and Daisy. Did they drop Mickey and Minnie from the rotation??? Why would they do that after having them be part of the entertainment for over 10 years??? That makes me sad.

Disney manages to ruin most of our favorite character meals this way. First they turn Ariel's into a princess pad, now no Mickey and Minnie at AK????

Crystal Palace in the MK- love the puffy french toast and made to order omlet and tons of bacon and smokey links.

Normally I eat at the resort before I leave for the parks. The exception to this is Crystal Palace if I can get an ADR before the park opens. I love to get some pictures of Main Street with no crowds. And the photopass photographers are out, too.
