Please vote for your favorite table service restaurant in Downtown Disney! Also, say why in a post! :)

You can vote for your favorite DTD Counter Service restaurant here.

My vote would go to the Rainforest Cafe and my reason is because of the atmosphere and everthing that goes on inside.

I'd pick Rainforest Cafe, for theme and dessert.

The L.A. Lasagne at Planet Hollywood is my favorite meal at DTD though.

DH and I picked Fulton's Crab House. Love the food and we've always had great service. Have never dined at any of the others listed (we have Rainforest Cafe and Planet Hollywoods in Chicago and don't care for either one of them).

I voted for Fulton's Crab House, we had a wonderful meal there with excellent service!

However, I should mention that the only other two places we've been for TS in DTD are Rainforest Cafe and Cap'n Jack's.

My choice would be Wolfgang Puck's Cafe - downstairs!! We love the macdamia nut chicken and the pumpkin ravoli. In just a week we will be having it again!!

:thumbsup2

House of Blues...love eating at the bar when I'm solo!

Voted for Raglan Road. Enjoy the pub fare, especially the Bread & Butter Pudding.:thumbsup2

I voted for House of Blues, but it's really a tie between House of Blues and Rainforest Cafe for me. I love the food at both places and the atmosphere as well. We usually eat at both on our trip, it just depends on our plans for the night. If we plan to see a movie and shop around at Virgin, then it's HOB. If we plan on hanging out in the Marketplace side, then it's Rainforest Cafe. Last October at HOB we had the nicest server, Mike, and when we went back last month, we saw that he was still working there. That was pretty cool, but then again working at Downtown Disney, why would you leave? :rotfl:
That's gotta be a fun place to work.

Wolfgang Puck-downstairs. We love the place.

I'd also would have chosen Wolfgang Pucks downstairs so I'll pick our second choice HOB.

The House of Blues is the best that I've been, though I'm trying Wolfgang's for the 1st time this year

A vote for Portobello...... always order the "special", and you will have some very fine meals!:)

We went to RR this past November and my husband was looking forward to a certain dish...I cannot remember what it was but after that he was skeptical of the rest of the food (he is a picky eater). So he decided on the ribs as an appetizer, the steak with a side of creamed corn with the apple pie for dessert. He LOVED it all! He liked this meal better than Cali Grill and Le Cellier, which were our favorite restaurants before dining here.

I have the Colpuccino soup, Not bleeding chowder and the bread pudding...everything was AMAZING!

My son liked it too...can't remember what he ate, probably chicken fingers.

I did a dining review, I will see if I can find it...:)

We usually visit Fulton's each vacation, but this year we are trying raglan Road.....hope we are not disappointed.

Definitely Ragland Road. We always go after 9pm. Why? Music, dancing, fun! We've been there when only an electric piano was playing and the pianist was singing - very cool. We've been there when a band was playing - perfect! And we've been there when the band was playing and an Irish dancer was dancing.

The food is good, but the atmosphere after 9pm is priceless!

Fulton's Crab House. Because their seafood is outstanding and we really like seafood!

Their king crab legs are 1 1/2 pounds and they only give you the thickest, largest, first section. Not the thinner second and third joints, no claws, and they cut half the shell off. That means that your 1 1/2 pounds is almost all pure crab meat, not shell weight.

Mmmmmmm.

And their lobster bisque is awesome too! The presentation is great too.
We go back every year!
