hey guys so I leave on monday for disneey! woop woop! :cool1: lol i'm so excited. I've worked all summer to pay for my best friend, my mom, and I to take this trip. I've spent a lot on the trip already and would like to save for the upcoming school year so i wanted to kind of "budget" my souvenir shopping. ;)
I'm thinking $25-$30 a park, just to pick up one or a few cute and/or sentimental items from all four parks and downtown disney.

What (besides the famous mickey ears! because i already own like 10 pairs lol and pins because i have like 100 from when i was a kid :rolleyes1) are your favorite things to bring home from the wonderful world?

thanks guys

xo

I LOVE wearing jewelery so I usually will get a few necklaces/bracelets/earrings every trip! Most of the jewelry is pretty reasonable! Making a scrap book of pictures is also a great souvenir that holds priceless memories! OH! One other thing I always take home is an Earl's Club from The Earl of Sandwich! It's one of my favorite souvenirs! I hope you, your friend and mom have a great time, which I know you will!

My favorite souvenir is definately my DS - got him from the DCL, just like the commercial.

I also get a refridgerator magnet (usually the kind that you can put a picture in) and a christmas ornament.

Every time I visit WDW I buy a pair of earings. I love them sooo much. They're always a resonable price and are simple designs. I also bring back pencils and mickey shaped rice crispy squakes for my friends!:)

That's a really hard question. Everything is so great!!
I would have to say Disney snowglobes (small ones are cheaper) and personalized jewelry(:

I bought a real cheap charm bracelet a few years back, and I get a new charm every year. It always has to be symbolic of that trip, though. Such as a castle, if it was the first year for a new MK parade or something like that. Example: I had a funny experience with Peter Pan one time, so I got a Tinker Bell charm that trip.

My mom and I also have this tradition since my first trip as a one year old, to always buy matching Disney PJs. Haha. I know. Dorky, right?? But its fun to search around for them...

Haha. No problem. Well, I was 6 at the time, and my older cousin had recently told me that all red heads had no souls because they were gingers. I idolized my cousin and believed every last word. Well, this particular Peter Pan happened to be a red-head (you can prolly see where this is going), so of course when it got to be our turn, I stood on my tiptoes and stuck my tongue out at him yelling "Dumb GINGER!! You have no soul!!!" He was a little taken aback that a six year was saying this, so at first he tried the Disney approach. "Well of course I have a soul. Everyone has a soul! Thats what helps you believe in things that you cant see, just like pixie dust!! Faith, trust, and pix-"
"NO!", I screamed at him. "You dont have a soul." I then refused to take a picture with him. So...that is the one year where we have no picture of me with Peter Pan. :rotfl::rotfl2::lmao:

jewlery, vynlmations and personalized bracelets (got my first one when i went 2 weeks ago)

I know, right!! I still cant believe that I would say that to someone. However, some things never go away. Im still very outspoken, and often find myself stating opinions that would be better left unsaid...:upsidedow

I love getting a funny hat or some ears and every time we go we get a calandar because then we can look at the pictures all year round! And my friends always want me to bring something back for them so i just end up getting a massive tub of chocolate and share it out with everyone.

Although I'm an overly sentimental person so I keep every little thing that gets given to us free and I buy as much as I can fit in my case so I'm probably not much help to you if you're on a budget!
