Fettucini Alfredo at Alfredo's. Not only was the pasta amazing (hand made fresh egg pasta for those youngsters) but what makes the memory special is the fact that my family was all together.
My father, like most, worked very hard as a restaurant and bar owner. Long days and nights working what seemed like every day. The only time my sisters and I had him to ourselves was on vacation.
That is my memory. All of us together
no distractions, Disney magic, and that wonderful, comforting pasta that I still crave today.
