Now its dinners turn. Where is your favorite place to have dinner???? Why? Favorite dish? Favorite dessert???You can name a few. Help those of us who have never been to Disneyland make some meal choices.

I really like Storyteller's Cafe at the Grand! In DCA, we eat dinner at the Sourdough breadbowl place, soup when it's cold, the chicken salad is fabulous when it's warmer out. In DL, My new fave is Cafe Orleans but only because I loved the cheese monte cristo. Nothing else on the menu appealed to me at all! We also like Pizza Port, the chicken fusilli is great. And DH likes Plaza Inn for the Fried Chicken (I get the pasta) and he also loves the corn dog cart.

Next trip in June, I am trying: Hook's Pointe, Steakhouse 55, Naples at DTD, and hopefully Catal. Also doing dessert at BB. We tend to always eat in the same restaurants so I am trying to branch out a little!!

Buffet at Storyteller's in GCH; ESPNZone for the tomato and fresh mozzarella salad :yay: !

I really have to say Blue Bayou is my favorite dinner choice. I got the tesero island chicken and it was melt in your mouth fabulous. Everywhere else we ate for dinner was only okay.

Andrea ~ I'm so glad you decided to try the Cheese Monte Cristo and not listen to so so reviews. I'm definately trying this as well as the "Full Monte"

I agree that its hard to try new places when you have your old favorites. I'm in a different position I've never been so I have to depend on the kindness of Dis board members to help me with my choices.

The Cheese Monte was fabulous! I don't know what people were talking about. I thought maybe the cheese was really cheesy and strong, but it's not. I will tell you though that it is kinda sweet, especially dipped in the berry puree. It almost tasted like dessert for my meal. But I would order it again in a heartbeat!!! I was soooo nervous to spend $15 on something I may not like, but I don't see how you could not like it if you like cheese!! And I LOVE cheese!
