Favorite dining servers - Magic

We have not sailed the Magic before but have an upcoming cruise, do you have favorite dining room servers, MDR's or Palo? Preferably ones who do not share their magic tricks...I am too old to be entertained with magic tricks.

Any other favorite actives/places/food we should experience or be aware of on our "new" ship.
