We're having a potluck tomorrow at work, I'm taking my version of Tortuga Rum Cake. If I wake up really energetic I'll make some 'Ohana breakfast bread too, but I didn't mention that to them, just in case it doesn't turn out that way.

The rum cake is fairly easy, generally liked and really simple. Epicurian has a recipe that starts with a cake mix.
