Favorite Day on a Western Cruise?

What's your favorite day on a Western cruise?

  • The day before the cruise - I like anticipation...

  • Saturday - embarkation and sail away!

  • Sunday - Key West

  • Monday - first day at sea

  • Tuesday - Grand Cayman

  • Wednesday - Cozumel

  • Thursday - second day at sea

  • Friday - Castaway Cay

  • Saturday - depart (AND start the countdown to the cruise you signed up for)

  • Monday - I'm on land, but I feel like I'm moving!

  • The day your pictures all get back...

  • None of the above - I don't like Disney cruises... *grin*

It's raining so I can't go out and mulch the plants, so how about another poll? Ok, so if you don't like polls... Why did you open this thread!?! :hyper:

Anyway, my personal favorite is the first day at sea! We both love days at sea!!! And Palo's brunch isn't bad either!

All the days are great but I would say that my favorite would be the first sea day. I love sea days! With the first one you've already done one port (Key West), it is early in the cruise so there is much anticipation, and it is the first day I can totally relax!

I can't vote on this one, as I've only taken one cruise, and that was to the Eastern Caribbean last August. My next two cruises will also be Eastern, do you see a pattern here? :wave2:

Could it be? In true National Enquirer fashion, we may have learned something... Could it be that the every present, ever knowing, and ever verandahing Verandah Man has only been on one Disney Cruse!?!

*grin*

If it's true, he knows more about this than almost anyone!

Most of what I've learned about Disney cruising, is from these boards!!!

Andy...Is there a reason for only going Eastern. We are going Western again, but it is because the week in August we are going is Western. The week I wanted next year in April for spring break was Western again, so I am passing on it and since DCL is going to CA for next summer, we are trying a NY based cruise next year. Either the Carnival to P.Rico and Tortola, the Carnival to the Bahamas or the RC Voyager. We'll see as it gets closer.

Also I have to vote for Cozumel on this one BUT I do like Key West day as it is a looong day at port, and we still have all the cruise left.

Actually, it just kind of worked out this way. First we picked the dates that we wanted to cruise, then we found out if it was going Eastern or Western.

Yeah, same as what happened to us, we picked the dates and it just happened to be Western again.
