MK- Cosmic Rays, Pecos Bill
Epcot- Electric Umbrella (heard Sunshine Seasons is fantastic, never eaten there though)
HS- Backlot Express, if you must have lunch in HS
AK- Flame Tree or Yak & Yeti

I haven't tried enough CS places in HS to give an opinion.

I agree about Sunshine Terrace.
I am looking forward to trying Yak and Yeti. I have read mixed
reviews on it and looking forward to seeing for myself.
We like Pizza Planet too.

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons
Studio - go elsewhere

MK-Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station (I love going here for Asian food, but it's not always open)

Epcot-Sunshine Seasons in Future World (great, interesting choices - perhaps my favorite CS restaurant at a park

DHS-Nothing is very good, so I would just get a snack at one of the stands near ToT/RnRC

AK-Flame Tree Barbecue is great, and I also like Yak & Yeti Quick Service near Kali River Rapids

At a hotel-I love Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary. It has great salads, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas.

HS- there isn't any good counter service there in my opinion.

-?? Haven't eaten at one for years. I like Spoodles Pizza Slices Take-out Window on the Boardwalk though (you can walk or take the boat there)

And...you didn't ask, but at DTD, we love Earl of Sandwich.

Oh, and one of our most favorite CS (food court) is at Capt Cook's at the Poly...yummy!
