Favorite Counter SErvices Options

First time doing QS dining. Will probably have a car so can hop to resorts (since we're staying at Pop Music) the title says it all....
In parks, resorts and DTD what are you faves etc.

Agree with Pepper Market being a "good value" with the choices... think that might swing us for getting a car... esp. since Libby's a somewhat picky eater

My absolute favorite place to get a QS meal is the Boulangerie Patisserie in France @ EPCOT. For a QS meal credit I get the ham and cheese croissant (they will bake it for you if you want it hot--that's how I get it), a dessert and drink. They will also let you use a meal credit to get two desserts and a drink. They have some out of this world dessert choices and other sandwiches, too. I always check out the menus at www.allears.net They have a great menu listing. Good luck with your planning!

All Star Music - Turkey and dressing dinner, taco salad (they customize for you), cheese omelets, ice cream sundaes. I would expect that your resort would have the same choices, but it is a short walk over if they don't.

I was going to post and then read all the above favorites. I can't choose, I love them all! Especially the market at CS though..... and especially Columbia Harbor house, and especially POR ....

Yes, at Captain Cooks- CS at the Poly from a self-serve machine. Which is a nice CS by the way...

Another vote for Wolfgang Puck here!

Also love Earl of Sandwich DtD, Mara at AKL, an the Tuna Sandwich at Columbia Harbour House

I loved Wolfgangs, we went there twice!

My fav find was the sandwiches at HS Starring Rolls Cafe, YUMMO! and the butterfinger cupcake for dessert was also soooooo good

I was so so unimpressed with Columbia Harbor House last trip, I think they hadn't changed the frying oil or something because it just tasted "old" I wish now I'd gone back up there and tried something else, but I was just too hot and tired

My first choice is always Wolfgang Puck's Express (its a counter service restaurant where you order and then they serve you). They have great food there too. Many choices.

My second choice is Sunshine Seasons in The Land.

The Electric Umbrella is a CS restaurant in EPCOT (in the FW area) and their soda machine is located in the dining area so you get free unlimited refills when you get a drink there.

Sunshine Seasons in the Land is our favorite anywhere in WDW.

We also love:
Columbia Harbor House in MK
Flame Tree Barbecue in AK
Any number of the countries in EPCOT

Unfortunately we do not like any CS in DS. If we must, we eat at Pizza Planet but we don't prefer it.

We don't really resort hop for the CS places. While there are a few things here and there that are different, we don't really find it worth our while. If we head to a resort to eat, it's for the table service restaurants.

Although VERY disappointed that Columbia House changed their sweet tea. It was SO good, now it's horrible.
