Colombia Harbor House, either chicken or salmon
Peco's Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe, plus they have a full and huge toppings bar!
Cosmic Ray's greek salad

Flametree Barbecue barbecued chicken salad

I'm huge salad eater. It's pretty much all I eat, especially at Disney. These are my absolute favorite QS salads and have awesome portion sizing to them!

As someone who doesn’t seek out salads, I love Fairfax salad at DHS, Fairfax Faire (kinda across from ToT)
It’s a salad with pulled pork, a corn salsa and corn chips.

Southwest Salad at Pecos Bill's (MK)
Sunshine Seasons (Epcot) has a few salad options, if I remember correctly; it's one of my favorite QS restaurants overall.

The bowls at Satu'li canteen in AK's Pandora are served on your choice of base, one of which is an amazing quinoa and vegetable salad. The sliced beef on quinoa was my favorite meal of our whole trip! Lots of great options for not-your-average salads.

My favorite was the Shrimp Wrecked Salad at the Snack Shack in Typhoon Lagoon. Shrimp, pecans and dried blueberries.

Used to love this question, as I loved eating Salad Around the World ... but alas Disney has severely cut back on salads, or at least creative and yummy ones.

Epcot Liberty Inn - Red, White and Blue Chicken salad is one of my favorites
AK Flame Tree - BBQ Chicken Salad very good and filling
DHS ABC Commissary - Mediterranean Salad

AK Satu'li Canteen my pick for best salads. You can construct your salad as you wish. Lots of options. And if you use the mobile app, you can order ahead and skip the entire line.

Yes! This was so good! It was a pleasant surprise. My husband is the main salad eater but I thought this was great too. He also really liked the Mediterranean salad at ABC commissary in DHS.

I agree with this ^^ Probably my favorite meal on our last trip. It was a large potion too. DS10 and I split it and both walked away full without feeling overly stuffed.

I also like the SW salad at Peco's Bills. That toppings bar though gimme all the guac!
