California Adventure:

Pacific wharf cafe (soup and sandwiches are yummy)

Carthay Circle (biscuits!)

The Disney Resorts (all three combined):

Downtown Disney:
Tortilla Jo's (super yummy mojitos and amazing made fresh at your table guacamole)
Naples (margarita pizza)
Jazz Kitchen Express (beignets!)

DL:

Table Service: Cafe Orleans
Counter Service: Tough one...it's a tossup between Plaza Inn, French Market, and Hungry Bear.

DCA:

Table Service: Have only done one TS meal at this park, and it was Ariel's Grotto for the World of Color dinner package. I was not impressed. Always wanted to try Wine Country Trattoria, but haven't yet.
Counter Service: USED to be Flo's...but they made me mad when they changed the menu. I still like it ok, but not as much. I guess my other favorite would be Lucky Fortune Cookery, if you like rice bowls.

Hotels:

Table Service: Only one I've done is Storyteller's Cafe at GCH. I did do Hook's Pointe at DLH years ago but that's not there anymore.
Counter Service: Haven't eaten at any.

Downtown Disney:

Table Service: Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen
Counter Service: Earl of Sandwich

DISNEYLAND
TS - Blue Bayou at lunchtime
CS - Hungry Bear!!!! Our favorite location to eat by far. It is quiet and relaxing and we love the food.

CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE
TS - Carthay
CS - Flo's or the Corn Dogs

DTD
TS - Our kids love Rainforest Cafe
CS - Earl of Sandwich

Having just returned from WDW, the one thing that struck me was that the food was much better at WDW than at DL. That being said, here are some of our favorites:

DL TS: Cafe Orleans for the Monte Cristo/Pomme Frittes or Big Thunder Ranch BBQ
DL QS: Bangel BBQ

DCA TS: Never had TS here.
DCA QS: Corn Dog Castle or Pacific Wharf Cafe. (We used to love Flo's but they changed their menu in the past six months and it isn't as good for lunch and dinner but breakfast is still amazing).

DTD TS: We've tried almost all and can take or leave.
DTD QS: Earl of Sandwich

Hotels TS Lunch/dinner: Storytellers at GC
Hotels TS Breakfast: Surf's Up at Paradise Pier
