Favorite Child's "Experience" Restaurants

We are planning a surprise trip for DS on his birthday in Nov. Because the entire trip will revolve around him, I don't want any restaurant suggestions that will be too stuffy or uptight. He will prefer someplace that has atmosphere. Some of his favorites are Sci Fi, San Angel Inn, Coral Reef, and 50's PT cafe. I was thinking of adding these places which would be new to him:
Chef Mickeys
Cinderellas Royal Table
Whispering Canyons

My kids always liked O'hana's. They have coconut races and hula hoop contests and snowcones in buckets for dessert. My granddaughters favorite restaurant during our last trip was Brown Derby because a magician came to our table and performed tricks and Spoodles because she loved the spaghetti!
