Opening day is right around the corner...

You're killing me, Smalls!

That's mine, too!

The Great BAM-BIN-O!

I know it's corny (ha), but I still love Field of Dreams.

And Bull Durham, but that's not quite as embarrassing!

Okay, I'm about to really show my old age right now.

Does anyone remember the old John Ritter movie - The Comeback Kid? He plays a drunk former baseball player who ends up coaching a bunch of underprivileged kids. Kind of like Bad News Bears - but has some really sad scenes in it also. Funny how that movie just popped back into my head right now. Just did a quick check on amazon. It's only available on vhs. Darn!

Another favorite here is the Dennis Quaid movie - The Rookie.

Guess I have a few favorites.

"Well, Nuke's scared because his eyelids are jammed and his old man's here. We need a live... is it a live rooster? We need a live rooster to take the curse off Jose's glove and nobody seems to know what to get Millie or Jimmy for their wedding present."

Classic.

I just saw Major League a couple months ago for the first time, it was really good, I enjoyed it.

A League of Their Own is a classic that never gets old. And even though Im a Yankee fan I must say I was one of the few who enjoyed Fever Pitch. I just felt that a lot of the lines in it were very true to any diehard baseball fan.

My favorite is The Natural, the The Sandlot, The Rookie and Field of Dreams also getting some consideration. My favorite part of the Rookie is when Dennis Quaid calls his wife and asks her to bring his coat to the stadium.

Field of Dreams, A League of Their Own, really I love almost all baseball movies.

All of the above. Love baseball movies in general.

A League of Their Own is probably my #1 movie of all time.

The Natural

Angels in the Outfield

The Rookie

All of them! I've never seen a baseball movie that I didn't like.

My favorites:
For Love of the Game
The Natural
(filmed in Buffalo, baby!)
Bang the Drum Slowly

LOVE LOVE LOVE sports movies :cheer2:

Love Field of Dreams & Major League
can't believe no one has mentioned For Love of the Game yet.

For Love of the Game and Bull Durham, oh and Field of Dreams....and I am SOOO ready for opening day!!!
