Favor for Minnie's holiday dinner autograph card

We went to Minnie's Holiday dinner in November and were told we would get a pre-printed autograph card. Now that we're home & I'm putting together my daughter's autograph book, I realize we were never given one.

Does anyone have one they could scan & post or email me?

Pm me your address. I have an extra I will mail you. We just went on thanksgiving. They handed us 4 of them. I only have 2 that wanted them.
