I have a hard time choosing. In
Disneyland, it would be New Orleans Square, followed by Toontown because of Mickey and Minnie's houses, but at Disneyland Paris...
My favourite land for rides would be Fantasyland, because I love the dark rides and I love the Storybookland boats. Yes, they are not the most thrilling rides in the world, but for me, they represent "DISNEY": all the magic in these rides amazes me everytime, and it are also these rides that bring the movie characters to life. It also has teh wonderfully decorated restaurants Le chalet/ la maison de la marionette (always forget the exact name) and L'auberge de Cendrillon.
My favourite land for shopping and just walking around is Main Street. It als has the wonderful restaurant Walt's. As another poster said, I could also spend a whole day on Main Street, and still be one happy Disney-visitor.
The land I don't really care about, as well in Disneyland as Disneyland Paris is Discoveryland/ Tomorrowland. I do like the future seen from the past in Discoveryland, and I adore the concept art in my From sketch to reality book, but I don't really care about the rides (OK, SM is not too bad, but it does not represent something specific "disney" to me), I can't remember that is has a good restaurant, and I don't care about the stores.
