Fave TS restaurant at AK?

What is your fave TS restaurant at AK and why?

A vote for Yak n' Yeti.

We liked it so much, we ate there twice on our last trip. The shrimp and steak for entree and the cream cheese wontons for dessert...mmmmmmm.

Rainforest is not bad but, not part of the dining plan, and we have eaten there in other places, so we skip it most of the time while at Disney.

Tusker House is a buffet, so in a different category in my thoughts.

My wife and I ate there in July when we were by ourselves and we loved it, we really like Tusker House but I had to give my vote to the Yeti.

We tried the Yak & Yeti on our trip this month and it was very good.

In all honesty, we've only done Yak & Yeti and we fell in love with it and it will become a must do every trip. We've never thought of trying Tusker House and we do not like Rainforest Cafe in Chicago or Vegas and haven't wasted our time with the one at AK or Downtown Disney.

Same identical response for us, TH was my very fav when it was CS, just don't care for the buffet as much. Think the offerings at Y&Y are clever and well done, don't understand the folks who say typical chinese; like the variety, my salmon and jasmine rice was also very good.

Loved Rainforest when it opened, but like the pp, stick more to DDP restaurants now.

I say Y&Y, the food there was awesome. RFC is similar to Fridays, Chilis etc without the atmosphere and since I do not like Boma dinner I doubt that I would like TH

I was really blown away by how good Yak & Yeti was. The atmosphere was awesome and the food was REALLY good. The appys are great, and I would recommend ording those over meals even. Everything was delicious, especially the sorbets for desert. Enjoy!

We didn't like the counter service meal, but it was hot that day and there were a lot of bugs flying around while we ate. So we just ate as fast as we could. LOL!

Yak and Yeti for us. It was one (well two as we ate there twice after the first time was so good) of the best meals we had on our 21 night trip to WDW. The only other meal that was as good was our two meals at Jiko. The food at Yak and Yeti was just so good, I'm getting hungry thinking about it now. We didn't try the Yak and Yeti counter service so don't know if that is any good.
