I obviously won't be at where I was before when I start training for the January Half due to surgery. For my Half I ran last March I ran the whole way (OK, with the exception of at the end when my leg gave out, but that is another story...
), so I'm gonna need to use a different training program this time. I really think I'm gonna have to do a walk/run program instead. Can anyone recommend any programs? Galloway, Bingham...??? I got the go ahead to start walking a mile the other day... I'm hoping by September I will be able to officially start a program. I ran into some complications with my surgery so I'm not gonna be able to push myself quite like I thought. Thanks for any help!
