Hi! We'll be visiting during the food and wine festival in October and have free dining. When booking, I was told we can use our snack credits at the vendors during the food and wine festival. What are your favorite snacks at Epcot during the festival?

Oh!! So many delicious snacks it is hard to choose a favorite! Last year we really enjoyed both of the selections from the Korean booth. Also, the snails and milk chocolate creme brulee in France and the mussels from Belgium.

We really loved the sausage in a pretzel roll in Germany and the potstickers in China. My DBF really loved the lobster roll from Hops and Barley.

It's funny, we thought we had tried lots of stuff last year during our one day at the F&W Festival, but this year we're going to have a plan of attack. I copied the menu info from the Festival map into a google word document and we each went through to highlight what we want to try. There's a lot! They're going to have to roll us out of WDW. :lmao:

We saved up alot of our snack credits and chowed down big time at the Food and wine festival--you gotta get the mini lobster/fisherman pies in the UK (along with a pint). I always go online and print up this yrs food from each country that is posted online and highlight everything I want to try--we sure to get that before hand. Chocolate Creme brulee in France is good. Enoy

Churros with chocolate sauce (? can't remember which cart)
Cheese soup from Canada
Pretzel Rolls from Germany
Belgian Waffles with Berry Compote from Belgium
Chocolate Milk Creme Brulee from France
Grilled Beef Skewer from Argentina
Chicken Souvlaki from Greece

I enjoyed most of my trip around to the booths with the exception of the sushi....but I think we tried everything LOL

chocolate milk creme brulee from france (it's insane how much this actually does taste like chocolate milk - it's SO GOOD!)
pierogies and keilbasa from poland

A lot of the dishes change yearly, so definitely look around and see what piques your interest. Two of our favorites from last year that will be reappearing this year were the lettuce wraps from the South Korea booth and the fisherman's pie from the Ireland booth.

I loved many item's unfortunately believes my DW. She disliked the fact that I managed to fill my passport last year. May I suguest the soup and spicy sausage of Canada. As mentioned New Zeeland's lamb and scallop. The Chicken at Greece. The Korean efforts are good and one not mentioned was the tenderlion on sweet potato puree with a mango chutnee I believe at Africa. Something I never would have ordered but thought it was of my top 2-3. Of the 25+ choices made last year there was not one I disliked. Be sure to check out the menu on the sight and print it to study.

Thanks everyone! My mouth is already watering for our October trip! I didn't realize you can view the Food and Wine Festival Menu/Events in advance. Thank you so much for that tip!!! Now...if it were only October :cool1:
