Our dinner plans have changed from our original plans and now we're looking for something quick and easy but delicious. We're staying at BLT and were thinking somewhere along the monorail would be nice so we can check out some of the other resorts.

Any recommendations?

So since you stated "around" the monorail, I would suggest a quick boat ride to WL and try Roaring Forks. Their new menu, specifically the chicken sandwich, is fantastic!

This is not a quick service, but we just discovered The Wave at the Contemporary! We loved the service, food and atmosphere!

I dunno where to eat dinner, but get a pineapple vanilla swirl at the Poly when you're done! :)

Captain Cooks at Poly or Gasparilla Island Grill at GF (on monorail line). If you don't mind taking the ferry to the WL Roaring Forks is fantastic.

All of them ;)
After staying at Poly and GFV (and eating at Contempo) the past 2 years, it seems like all 3 QS are a step above other resort’s QS...like a chef was given the opportunity to “plus up” every entree.

The disadvantage of Captain Cook is the very, very small indoor seating area. But if eating outside won’t ruin your meal, then it’s great food (with a Dole Whip stand next door)

We like Capt Cook's at the Poly and Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary. I like Contempo for not only their menu but you can see the monorail riding through the hotel which is cool and the shopping there after a meal is great!

I've never had an issue finding seating at Captain Cooks, and I love their pulled pork nachos, so that gets my vote! The fact that you can follow up your meal with a Dole Whip from the Pineapple Lanai is just a bonus.
