So the DH's 25th reunion is coming up in a few weeks. There will be an outdoor "picnic" with grilling at a lake for lunch and dinner at a restaurant. I totally didn't care about MY reunion in anyway, shape or form, but his is a different story and I want to look nice.
I've got my dress for dinner - a sundress, but in a nice fabric and v. classic lines that I can wear with heels or flats. I plan on wearing bermudas or knee-length capri/shorts with a tissue weight tee for the picnic.
I was going to buy 2 spanx (I will be covered in sweat after lunch) to avoid lines and bulges. But I just went and priced them! The underwear would cost more than my outfits!
Are there any cheaper lines that work just as well? I'm going to the Dillard's outlet tomorrow to see if I can find anything, but if that doesn't work, any suggestions?????
I mainly just don't want a bulge from my bra line or my tummy. (I'm not overweight, just getting older, LOL!) However, I am really, really curvy. I stopped wearing support garments years ago because if I bought the smalls they were too tight and rolled up or down and if I bought the mediums they were too big and really didn't help any thing - would spanx be any different???
