I know theres snow on Main St for the MVMCP...but I am thinking Ive seen mention of it in MGM as well, but I cant the site that mentioned it.....does anyone know if this is true and if they do it every year or was it a "I remember when they used to have snow at the studio" kinda thing?
This thread is going to get moved-because it isn't camping related, but I will answer your question real quick.
Yes, they have the fake snow at the Osborne Light display at the Disney Studios. This is better than the Main St. snow, which is only during MVMCP- the snow at the Osborne display is included in your admission every night. It is quite a sight- be sure to catch it on your trip!
I don't know, give someone time enough to think about it and you might find a campsite with a snow machine on it one day. It will become like the house the entire town goes to see and ends up driving the neighboring campsites crazy.

It would not surprise me in the least if someone did set up his own snow machine at the Fort. There are a couple of folks around where I live who set them up (we don't get the real stuff around here).
People set up fog machines at Halloween (boy do they!). Why not a snow machine?

Someone at the fort has actually done that, a few years back we went over for a day to check out all the holiday decorations and 3 sites had gotten together with their display and they had a snow blower on the roof of each MH plus they had holiday music playing to enhance the atmosphere. It was really cool, people were coming from all over and walking around, I think it was in the 800 loop.
