just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction please, when we were at DLP the daughter bought a polly pocket style cinderella set out of her spending money out of the Disney store. On getting home she opened it and the arm is broken off the doll and I just wondered if anyone knew who would be the right people to try and contact for a replacement as she is heartbroken

On the back of one of your receipts usually has an email address for merchandise, email them using that. I have done so twice & can't fault the service. One time they just sent a new product and the other time I had to mail them the faulty one and they replaced in including the postage.
 

Just had a look in my emails the address is: dlp.mail.order@disney.com

Would have posted it before but didn't know I still had the email. Try and include as much information as you can such as barcode etc.
