Fastpasses not showing up in Spouses MDE

Hello all,

Searched the forum and checked out the FastPass FAQs and could not find anything on this. We are all booked for our August trip. I set up the FastPasses for my spouse and our kids. On my MDE, everything shows up. On my spouses MDE, she can see the property reservation and the dining reservations, but cannot see any of the FastPasses she is a part of. They are signed up as her name and it is the same one that is linked on the property and dining reservations. Is there a way I can get her to see the fastpasses she is signed up for?

It’s easiest to give her your login ID. MDX may just be glitchy for you and most families only use 1 MDX account than to have to worry about a linked MDX that may or may not be merged correctly.

I have to second that.

My wife has hers, i have mine. On our last trip, my wife had our whole family, as well as friends. I only have my family. Also seemed to be an issue with our photopass.

Huh. I never had that problem. DW and I use our own accounts and have never had an issue with stuff on her account not showing mine (I prefer to have them separate so we know her MB will authorize the ride).

A few times I had a problem where the app wasn't showing the latest from the website. But that was my account not showing my account. I had to log out and back in to reset it.

Question to the OP: What does MDE on the website show and app doesn't? If it doesn't show her having reservations on the MDE website, then I might be suspicious her MB wouldn't work either.

I.E. is t a problem with the phone app or the website?

We have separate MDE accounts too and never had an issue with it working correctly. Agree with this poster to check the website (not app), sometimes the app shows crazy things, on our last trip about half of our fastpasses showed for 1 person on the app but were correct (2 people) on the website. If the website looks fine when she logs in then she may need to uninstall and re-install the app.
