Fastpasses for other party members?

Today is my fastpass day. However, when I attempt to select fastpasses, the website forces me to remove everyone but me from the party, stating that I'm the only one with a valid ticket. I checked MDE, and there are 10 day park hoppers for all linked to my account, and all four of us are on the resort reservation. Any ideas?
 
i don't know the answer to your question, but if you post it in the "FP+ Frequently Asked Questions" sticky thread up near the top of this forum, I know you'll get a quick and accurate answer from the experts there!
 
Call them. We had this problem this past summer. You can't fix it - we tried everything. Just call IT and they will make sure everything is linked up for you.
 
I have been trying to call them for over an hour. I keep getting disconnected while on hold for IT. I was able to connect to someone else at one point, who then transferred me to IT, and I got disconnected again. I'm so frustrated. I have just been watching the times disappear for TSMM on our first day and FEA on Day 2. Fortunately, our AK days are way at the end of the trip, so I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get the exact times I want for FOP and Na'vi if I ever get through to IT.
 

Okay, just wanted to verify your math. I agree, you should be able to book today for all and I’m afraid a call to IT is your best bet, unless @hiroMYhero has any ideas?
 
What is up with the CMs this morning? So far, I've spoken to two people, one on the phone, and one online. The lady on the phone sounded so annoyed from the minute she answered the phone, and the guy on chat exhibited no sympathy whatsoever and was just like "Our phone lines are open." My previous experiences on the phone with cast members have been great, even if they aren't always able to help me quickly, so I don't know what's up with my experience today.

If everyone is listed on the reservation and the system is only allowing her to book, it’s a system error.

Hope, please ask IT about the FP booking you’ve missed out on and they may be able to offer you a few Anytime FPs.
 
I finally got through, and the guy said it worked as soon as he went in. And then it worked for me, too. He said there was system backup or something. I don't know, but I'm glad it's fixed. We got disconnected before I could ask for anytime FP+. Now to stalk Toy Story FP+ for a couple of months...

If you have time, email guest communications about this with the errors, the number of disconnects, and the CM who was able to assist you.

I had a CM yesterday on chat who could not have cared less about what I was saying. All I got was "you'll have to call, can't help you."

Yeah, I feel like they should at least apologize, even if they can't help. "I am so sorry for the frustration that the system is causing you this morning. Unfortunately, I am not able to help, and you will have to call IT." Or something like that. My husband works in software development and wants to know if he can work remotely and get nice employee discounts for my Disney splurges...
 
Update: I heard back from Disney customer service today, and was able to get my fastpasses moved around just how I originally wanted, except they just gave me an anytime Toy Story Mania pass to replace my undesirably late one. I'm really happy that my HS day is all straightened out now!
