Fastpasses for CPs?

Do CPs still get to use FPs with the switch to FP+? I can imagine they would, especially if all entry gates are RFID now, but I don't understand how the fastpass kiosks would ready the ID cards.

The maingates are just like any other entry media so the kiosks will read them fine. You can't prebook fastpasses but you can do it in park in the kiosks.

Ah that sucks. In the sense that your family is visiting you and you can't go in the FP+ rides with them.

Yeah, hopefully CMs will be able to pre-book FP+ later on (but I'm thinking not... ) but as of right now, you can just use your Maingate to access FP+ after you enter the park, so you basically have to go at rope drop for any hope of getting first tier attractions.
