Ok....I have read several threads but still need clarification. I am traveling to to the world with two friends. If I buy my park ticket can I make fastpass+ reservations for all three of us without buying their tickets until later?

No, sorry. A guest needs valid park admission before FPs can be scheduled for them.

No. Everyone has to have tickets to make FP. You can make yours but they won't be able to make theirs until they get their tickets.

If you all get them a head of time you can link together in MDE with the tickets on there and then you could make them all at the same time.
