Fastpass+ with room only & tickets separate

I am making a room only reservation & will be staying on-site. I'll be purchasing my tickets separately. Will I still get Magic Bands & can I book my Fastpass+ reservations 60 or 30 days out?

All Disney resort guests receive MagicBands as a part of their resort reservation, so yes.

As a Disney resort guest, you will be able to book FPs 60 days in advance of your check-in date.
