I seriously just said this exact same thing to my husband. He says buy.. Bc despite how mad Disney might make all of us, it's gonna go up for a while

I agree...and maybe I’m underestimating what will be said... but I feel like “CNN worthy” is a bit extreme. I mean half the people at WDW already think you have to pay for fast passes lol. And after Covid and the whole world shutting down...can a genie really rock/wreck my world that much???

This will be in the NYT. CNN? I dunno, they have genuine news to follow right now and probably aren’t going to have a lot of time for fluff. NYT will cover it in their Business or Travel sections.

Depending on the news day, CNN will often have a post on it, but it won't be a headline. It will be buried in the fluffy sections. They likely won't day anything about it on TV - maybe on a morning show.

What I am hearing elsewhere is Disney has given the info out to most media and they are not allowed to report til after 4pm EST. I guess Slappie wants to be at home so he doesnt have to hear how badly this goes over.

Since I don't have a trip on the books, I'm just an interested bystander. Hoping it's something I can work with, but no stress at least.

I hear ya - it feels weird. I don't know why I am so nervous.

After waiting all this time, it's impossible NOT to be nervous. We have a trip in the spring on a DVC rental so we're 100% committed and I need to know what I'm dealing with budget and planning wise.

I feel like beyond that though, I'm just really hoping this goes down in a way where I'm not going to feel less excited for that trip or potentially completely let down by Disney in general. I love Disney. I don't want to be pissed at them.

Throughout history France has had a history with Lebanon. French is an officially recognized language there.
So with this question you have solved the mystery where Agrabah is... Probably in the Lebanon area of the continent.

Morocco has ties with France too, but Morocco is not the Middle East...

I'm in the same boat but we are going in mid-Feb. I just want it to be something I can work with and not be angry or disappointed.
