Fastpass+ question

We have a room only reservation booked through Orbitz for 2 nights before our Disney cruise at the end of September, and we don't have park tickets, but we are going to do MNSSHP that Friday night. If you book room-only, but add it and your MNSSHP tickets to MDE, are you able to make Fastpass reservations at 60 days out? We want to utilize the 4-7pm window when we can get in the park before the party starts. Just trying to figure out when I need to get the tickets. Also, do you get magic bands sent to you for a room only reservation? This trip is a surprise for the kids, so I want to be on the lookout for them if we should be expecting them=) Thanks!
