I tomorrow is day 60 for me for countdown which means I get to do my fast pass picking. I am kind of nervous cuz I have never done it. Is there a time when you can start ? Or can I pick my fast pass at midnight of the 4th.?.

Midnight will work, but there is really no need to unless you are awake for another reason. Whatever you need will be available in the morning.

I am always awake at midnight. Bad insomnia . I could exercise all day and not be tired. Oy.

Don't know your location, but remember that the time would be Midnight, Eastern Time.

As I am filling in my Fastpass times, I noticed you can not set fast pass times for the Extra Magic Hours... :( Very disappointing.
Also it keeps saying that we can't pick any fast passes for tuesday may 6th because we have too many. We have none for that day.

Fastpasses have never been available during EMH

How many days do you have tickets for and how many days do you have FP+ booked for?

It will only allow you to book FP+ for the amount of days on the tickets you have linked to your MDE account.

Seriously, don't be nervous about it. If you make a mistake, change your mind or change your park days you can always change them. There will be plenty of availability 60 days out, or even a week out, or even the day before. And this won't change until off-siters get to book adv FPs.

This is nothing like booking ADRs.

Does this extend to AP holders after a stay on property? Can AP holders book FP+ as long as the AP/Ticket is current/active? Any idea on limits? I would hate to use up all of my FP+'s before my AP expires.

From what I've read you can book 7 days worth of FPs with an AP. When you use up one of those days, you can book another. So you can always have 7 days worth of FPs booked in adv.

Sometimes that's just a glitch in the app. When we went to WDW in December with another couple, often when I would go to choose FP+ for the four of us, the app would say that one or the other or some combination of us couldn't have a FP+ because we already had used up our allotment, or some such nonsense. I found that, if I just hit the "back" button, chose the number in my party and tried again, it usually worked. You might have to do the "back" button more than once, but it usually works itself out if you do that a few times.
