I still have a lot of time to decide my Fastpass+ but I am freaky out because I am truly lost on this topic. How can I plan to use my Fastpass+ effectively with 3 different kiddos who all likes different things.
Example: 4 DS will want slow rides not scary. What do I do with the other kiddos 10DD, 12DS?
My 12DS wants the more scary, fast rides. What do I do with the little ones? My 10DS doesn't really care for rides so I am pretty sure she will do something slow and not scary. How do I make this trip successful and not stressing over rides.

I have an age range from 1 years old to 16 years old. We all got FP+ for Peter Pan, even my teenagers like that ride, then I got my older kids FP for thrill rides and my younger kids FP for the slow kid rides. A 12 year old can ride by themselves, you can just sit at the exit and wait. Or split yours and your husband FP, ride one with younger and one with older.

Thankfully, if you make rope drop you can ride lots with minimal waits and not worry about FP until after 11am.

You can also take advantage of rider switch. If your 4 year old is under the height requirements for the rides, just ask for a rider switch when you enter the line, then you and your husband can take turns riding and your oldest can ride again.

I believe the official description on Disney's website says you can ask for a rider switch, even if it's just because your child is too scared to ride, not sure if that's changed..

Rope Drop? Does that mean as soon as the park open.

I think I am more concern how the time would go. Do I use all my little ones Fatpass+ first then move on the big kids if they don't want to ride the slower not so scary rides?

Is there a second adult going? If so, split up. You can all walk up to say Space Mtn with two FP for 1030-1130. DH and DS12 ride, and you get a rider swap pass for the little. While they ride, you and the younger two use a 1030-1130 (or some overlapping time slot) FP for nearby ride, maybe Tomorrowland Speedway. or ride standby on something nearby that doesn't need FP, but then they'll be waiting on you later. Pick a meeting point. At any point later in the day, you and DS12 (and DS10 if he's interested) can return to ride Space Mountain with the RS pass. Do this for all of your FP. I would keep the family together in the morning for RD, then split up a little to use FP effectively, and then have lunch. See what's available in MDE for the afternoon, and split up again if needed, or go back and reride things with your RS passes. Look at maps while you do this, and plan your FP in the same parts of the park.

If it's just you and the kids, I'd have the 12 y/o ride alone on the bigger rides (with FP or single rider line) while you wait with the youngers. You'll waste a little more time that way, but won't stress out with kids separated.

I would do rider swap so the the PP said you can go on the space with the older ones then your husband can have a FP with the little one for buzz then you go with the little one on the people mover and your husband rides space with the kids
