Fastpass Question; refresh my memory...

For the life of me, I cannot remember the rule on when you can get a second fastpass. Is it after your window on the first one opens up or what? Or did I make that up completely? Help!

It goes like this:

When you get your first FP and it assigns you a time of say, 8:35am you can get another one once that assigned time comes around. OR two hours after you got your fastpass...whichever comes first.

Was that totally confusing?
