It has been a few years since we have been to Disneyland and we are going back in a few weeks!! I can't wait!!! But with all of the changes that have happened at WDW since the last time we went I am curious as to what changes have happened at Disneyland. Have the fastpasses changed here? Do they do the bands and only let you have three a day like they are now doing at WDW or is it still the paper passes? Also I know last time we were there they did not force the time rule of when they expired. Is that still the same? This is a last minute trip and trying to cram in some info and plan a little for the trip!! We are not staying on property but will be close. Also this time we will have a one year old with us so I know that alone is going to be different than our last two trips!!! Thanks in advance for any info you may have....or any other tips too!

thanks!!

DLR still uses paper FP, but return times are strictly enforced. Some people have reported a small grace period but others have been turned away even 5 minutes late. Also, all FPs are currently "connected" so you have to follow the time on the bottom to pull an FP for a other ride. The only exception is WOC, and the parks are not connected to each other.

Yes the FP are still paper, and you must use during the return time. With a 1year old, make sure you take advantage of rider swap.

No Magic Bands at DLR. As others have said, the return times are strictly enforced. You can get more than three per day, but it all depends on when you pull the FP and what is the return time (just like it was in the past).

Anna and Elsa have a modified FP system in place. They're called Return Tickets. I mentioned them in your Anna and Elsa thread. These threads will help explain the new system:
