FastPass Problems? [Tuesday 3/19]


I tried logging out and back in. The last few times it asks me to update my info when I login, but nothing has changed. I click on agree to terms then go on, but of course nothing works. I have 3 emails now that I have updated my profile. So frustrating!

I can get in, and see my reservation, but it's not linking through to anything else.
 
Ok so it's not just me. I can't see anything when I log into the browser. I panicked, thinking I've lost all my reservations and fast passes.
In the app, sometimes I can see my first fast pass booking but when I tap it, my remaining fast passes don't load.
Helpline states a wait time of 60 minutes.
 
What now worries me is that I've received an email notifying me that my account has been updated!! By me, apparently. I've updated nothing! All I did was login.

I really hope the site hasn't been hacked.

Won't have been hacked. It happens alot as mentioned by others.

I've been through that info update thing myself 3 times and had no emails. Secured the ADRs I wanted, and havent got emails for them either lol
 
Had that happen our last trip. What normally took uner 15 minutes, took over an hour.
Frustrating that they can't get the app and website to work consistently.

Could be the day they do patches and /or roll out any updates to the system. Although you’d think they would do that at night not during normal business hours and not at 7 am when people log into the system to make FP...

I got that email too. I didn’t update anything but I did click on the box asking me to agree for the terms and conditions

Seems like it! This is at least the fourth time I've had trouble on a Tuesday morning. I don't know why!

My fast pass day was the 5th, also a Tuesday and I had the same issues. Got slinky dog right at 7am and then Olaf’s head over and over. Tried the app, the website I would get one at a time every once in awhile. Got everything I wanted and the times, but it took 45 minutes.

I think the answer you're looking for is that Tuesday is generally 60 days ahead of a Saturday vacation start, and Saturdays seem to be the most popular check in day for Disney. So likely more people attempting to book at the same time than on the more unpopular check in days.
