Fastpass plus e-mail?

Did anyone else going in Sept get an e-mail to participate in Fastpass plus? I just got it and it says to click on our date (only 2 of our actual dates are choices though) and choose our experiences. It also says our FP plus card will come in the mail before we leave. Now, we weren't planning on going to MK one of those days but we may have to change our plans!

I just got one too! How does this work for parades or fireworks? Is it a special viewing area or something? Pardon my ignorance!

I just got one as well. It looks like you can only choose 1 day and only at the Magic Kingdom. Once you log in, you select the two "experiences" that are your priority. It automatically provides different options for the times. Wishes viewing area is listed as the Rose Garden next to Tomorrowland. You pick 2 expereinces and they randomly assign 2 more. It said in the confirmation to arrive at the Fastpass+ entrance at the specified time. We'll see how it works. We leave 2 weeks from today!!

Wanted to do the parade and fireworks but can't really make it work for our schedule so we did SM, BTMRR, Dumbo, and Barnstormer...we will see how it works!

This is pretty cool, but I have to admit I'm a little pissed that I won't be seeing the Memories and You show on the castle for the fireworks in my 'special viewing area'!

I just got one, too, as did my mom (which came to my email.) I set it up for both of us, but the problem now is that my mom and sister's FP schedule (?) is different from my other sister and I's. It says you can change, but I get an error message when I try. Hopefully I can get them more in synch before we leave, or we likely won't use it.

Sigh...very sad I didn't get one. Maybe because we are DVC?
ETA: Doh - looks like the test is happening starting Sept 18th which is a day after we leave. Now I don't feel so left out.

I'm allowed up to four experiences in one day, including parade seating. Interesting. Don't know whether to go for the Electrical Parade Fastpass and then add the Princesses, Mickey, and Splash? Or go for Wishes? Gah, too many choices!!

Splash FPs are the most valuable of the ones you listed and that currently exist.

We were only planning on hitting the MK in the evening for the parade and fireworks during this time period, so I'm pretty excited to get some fast passes for it.

I chose the electric light parade and wishes. Pretty exciting
