Fastpass plus e-mail?

My daughter was trying to do it on her iphone so when we pulled it up on the computer we could see the number BUT

it won't let us choose the Tuesday of our trip. It will only let us choose either Sunday or Monday but Tuesday is our MK day! :confused3:confused3:confused3

Anyone else having this problem?
 
I also got the email today and am going the 15th to the 21st and using ME. I picked fastpasses for 9/20 (splash mountain and wishes from the first category and then jungle cruise and winnie the pooh from the second.) They gave four choices for times and I ended up choosing the option of pooh 11:50-12:50, splash 2:40-3:40, jungle cruise 5:30-6:30, and wishes arrive between 8:30 and 8:55. I don't know if I like it because it doesn't give us enough of a break to go to lunch AND have a break at the hotel, but it is worth trying I guess.
 
I got an e-mail and I am so excited!! I got seating in front of the CASTLE for the electrical parade and it nearly makes me tear up. This is our first trip and I was stressing about being able to get seats for parades which is my 21 month olds favorite thing :) I feel SO much pixie dust right now. We also got the priority seating for wishes, dumbo and pooh(want to change this one but not sure how yet)
 

I also got the email. My problem is that I have 2 reservations. DH & I are on 1 and DS1, DIL, and DS2 on the other. The email came to my email (I am the contact on both reservations as they are linked together) but addressed to DS1 as he is the name on their reservation. The kids are coming 3 days after us. Since I only read the email and didn't go any further I am guessing that it will only be for the 3 of them and DH & I will be out in the cold. I'm wondering if I call they will include all 5 of us for these fast passes. Both rooms are a package and all of us are using Magical Express. DH & I check in on 9/14 and the kids on 9/17.
 
I picked fastpasses for 9/20...

So weird. I cannot select 9-20 (or anything else thru 9-25). That was to be our MK day.

And I just got dumped out of the phone queue. Maybe I'll just call back first thing in the morning. Foo.
 
This is neat! Could someone post screenshots (with personal info and numbers blurred out of course) of the email and attraction selection? I'd love to see what it all looks like!

Disney's Magical Express is a complimentary shuttle service that transports Disney Resort Hotel guests to and from Orlando International Airport from and to their Disney Resort Hotel. Meanwhile, their bags (special tags attached to them) are picked up a baggage claim by a CM and transported right to their room. It's all free but only available to Disney Resort Hotel guests.

I was hoping to get selected as well - we are 9/15 to 9/23...6 day package & 2 day DVC...taking ME both ways. Crossing my fingers one comes my way!

I just got this as well! We were only planning on being in MK for a few hours around a dinner reservation, and we have the Pirates & Pals Firework cruise that night. We chose the Princess', Pooh, Peter Pan, & Dumbo. I had to change around some of the fastpass times, but it was easy to do. I will be happy if we can pull off using 2 of the 4 . . but what a neat experience to try something new!! I read that if you are doing a character meet and greet with these that the characters have the card ahead of time and will greet you by name and address any celebrations!
 
I believe you must be booked on Magical Express.

Do you actually have to ride ME? I received the email and selected my FP. I am currently booked on ME, but we are actually getting a town car instead now.

We got an email today and it asks for our reservation ID, we put in our confirmation number but we get a response that says "reservation details are not valid"

Is there another number we are supposed to use? :confused3

It is the ID that was in the email. It took me a couple of times to even get that to go through, though.

Got the e-mail too. MK only, choose 1 of 4 days, and choose from specific attactions, FW's etc. Here's the thing. Day 1 is our arrival to WDW, and we are not planning on going to MK on any of the other three days, At this point, I am not changing our plans around just to score a few free fastpasses.

I wouldn't, either. We just happen to be already heading to MK on the last day that is an option (Sept 24.)

If they let you, please let us know. My mom, my sisters, and I are all going but staying in 2 rooms. We booked our FP for both groups but some of them are not at the same time. If we can't get them adjusted, we won't be using them.

We have this same exact problem with 2 rooms/reservations but we are all arriving the same time. the email went to my daughter's email for her room but when she clicked on it, it only listed the people in her room.

We are going Sept 23-29 but it would only let her pick either the 23 or 24th. We actually have the 25th as our MK day. It's kind of strange they will only let us pick the first 2 days of our vacation. :scratchin
 
I got tue email as well! Luckily, the offer included one of our MK days. So excited to already have FPs even before our trip has begun! :goodvibes

I can't see the email, it's on my daughter's account but that may be why it won't let her pick anything past the 24th!!! We are going from the 23-29th so I guess we are out of luck. Maybe we will just talk to the CM's at the Magical Express counter at the airport when we arrive to see what's going on.

I thought it was neat to be picked to try the xpass trial but we're not disappointed either if we can't take part.

ETA: Just asked my daughter and her email did say 18th - 24th so that explains why we can't pick the 25th!!!!

Hold time on the phone is ... less than 25 minutes. Whooo wheee.

I keep getting that too....Most of the time we are spending at MK, though will be at MNSSHP...so I'm not sure doing this FastPass+ test will be any advantage to us anyway...but I did want to at least check out how it works...
 
Finally got it to work via my iPhone. Selected the Sunday 9/23 which wasn't our MK day but will make adjustments. Let the kiddos pick what they wanted so right now it is all rides. I am curious as to the parade options though. We have a magic your way package, but no ME. So I don't know how we got the email. We are arriving the 20th and departing the 27th.

Hoping for some magic for everyone else as well.
