Hi everyone, please help me plan on getting FP. We have one day in August.
We definitely don't want to miss Splash Mountain, Big Thunder, Haunted Mansion and Mad Tea Party.
How would you plan this out? We will be there in the morning when the gates open.
Thank you!

Ride BTMRR, Haunted Mansion, Splash, then Tea Party (or do Tea Party first and then the others in this order). If you're there first thing, you should get all four done as near walk-ons within the first hour or so. You will not need Fastpasses.

I would probably start with Mad Tea Party just because it doesn't have a FP. Form there, I would then either do BTMRR, HM, and Splash or Splash, HM, BTMRR (just because it saves on the walking and eliminates back tracking). My preference would be to end with Splash so that you're riding it later in the morning when it's warmer.

(When are you going in August? Haunted Mansion usually closes towards the end of August to have the NBC overlay installed.)

Thank you. We are going in early-August. Should we not get FP then for these rides at all?

I would get FPs depends on when the return times are and what the current standby waits are. If you get there early enough in the day, you might not need to get a FP if the standby line is short enough. However, if you get to the attraction and the stand-by line is long, then I would consider getting the FP and doing something else while you wait for your window.

Mad Tea Party pretty much never gets a line, though... so it seems like a shame to rope drop that!

These are not particularly challenging rides to fit in. Depending on other things you'd like to ride, your FP can probably be better spent elsewhere (with the possible exception of Splash if it's a warm day and you want to ride when it's hot).

What are some other rides you'd like to fit in?

It all depends on when they're going...I've been there when Mad Tea Party had a 30 minute wait. Usually it's not an attraction with a long wait (one or two cycles), but given that everything else they listed was on the other side of the park, it made sense (to me) to knock this one off the list early on. Basically, enter the park, head straight to FL, ride Mad Tea Party, then use the Big Thunder Trail to get to BTMRR, HM, and Splash.

If you get there at rope drop, those 4 rides should all be walkons. If park opens at 8am you should be done with those by 9:30 at the latest. I would save splash for last as well.

After that, you should still be early enough for a near walk on for pirates or jungle cruise. Grab a fastpass for Indiana jones after btmrr, and it should be ready for you too.

Not sure what else you want to do.
