FastPass+ opinions needed

Hi everyone, looking for some advice to how to lay out my days. i have a trip planned for Wine & Dine 1/2 marathon week (im running). the plan is as follows and keep with me here as we have a bunch of moving parts. we are a group of 6 adults, 3 couples. We also are moving hotels half way through as 1 couple is leaving and value resorts become the better deal. the day the couple leaves they will come to the park in the morning with us before heading out.

Stay offsite
Day 1 rest and convention
Day 2 Run in the morning go to EPCOT for the night party
Day 3 Animal Kingdom, probably will arrive around 11am from the late night before
Day 4 Universal to see Harry Potter
Move to Pop
Day 5 Magic Kindgom -- there will be 6 of us for the morning and 4 of us for the afternoon.
Day 6 Hollywood Studios/Epcot Split day
Day 7 Magic Kindgom/Animal Kingdom Split day
Day 8 leave

My question to everyone is what FP+ do they think i will get, particularly for the days we are offiste and going to Animal Kingdom and Magic kingdom at 30 days out? I know day 5 some of us can get 60 day fast passes but I can't leave part of the group behind. my hope is that Day 6 and Day 7 we will be able to do everything we missed the first time around, but still would like to as much as possible with the full group!

AK -- im assuming flight of passage will be impossible
MK -- for 30 day FP+ is 7dwarves and peter pan completely out of the question?

I just looked and 30 days from today they did have 2 FP for flight of passage for around 7pm and a few other times

PP you should be ok and 7DMT too as long as you do not care what time

I would book flight first then 7DMT them PP you will more then likely get a 7 pm or latter time for the rides
