Fastpass+ - now 28 days?

So, I try to make my fastpass+ reservations at 60 days and only some members of my party are eligible. I figure it's a glitch and call WDW. I'm told that to make fastpass+ reservations, you now need to be within 28 days. I don't see this anywhere on the boards. Anyone hear this?

When I log in I'm able to make FP+ reservations up until November 30th.

Never heard that and we made ours further than 28 days out. In fact, I just changed a few several days ago at 30/32 days out. Call back and see what someone else days. The CMs are known for giving wrong info.

I made mine for November about 55 days out.

I made mine on Monday, exactly 60 days from 11/29 check in.

I just changed a few last night at 55 days out.

Methinks the right hand (IT) and the left hand (CM) might not be connected to the same brain...or the wiring to that brain is mighty faulty.

Sounds like you were fed some BS from a phone CM. Wouldn't be the first time.
