FastPass+ need some help

This will be our first trip with FastPass+. We are going in early Nov and staying at CSR. So for making our FastPass+ reservations 60-days out do I have to get on-line at 12:01 am on that day or can it wait until early morning to make those selections. Also, should I do the Fantasmic dining package or use a FastPass+ for that show. Thanks for any help.

Midnight EST and F! dining package offers viewing from the center sections.

If you plan on table service dining and like one of the three choices then the dining experience is a nice option.
