Fastpass kiosk in the parks

I have looked and can not find the answer to this simple question, so I apologize if it is out there already:

I have done my homework and booked our 3 FP each for our upcoming trip.
I know that once I use them I can then get 1 at a time.
My question is can I book the revolving single FP on the mydisneyexperience app or do I have to do it live in the parks?
If the answer is live in the parks then do ALL of us have to physically stand there and scan our magic bands seperately, or I can I do it and pick it for all of us like I did online with the 3 do-aheads?
IE if we get off our 3rd FP ride, can my family go ahead and hop on something while I go to a kiosk to get another FP for all of us?
